Bianca’s passion for baking began in her Nonna’s kitchen, inspired by traditional Italian sweets and the joy of creating something by hand.
From starting her own cake business at just 14 to training professionally in Australia, France and Italy, Bianca has built her craft around European techniques, creativity and a genuine love for pâtisserie.
Today, every creation at Bianca’s Cakery reflects that journey — thoughtfully handcrafted, beautifully designed and made to be remembered.
